No Products and No Refund

I place the order DC****** on Dermelect at 13th of August. At 13th of September the order didnt arrive, so I request for the refund of 85,31€. Since 27th of September Dermelect has not reply to my emails and didnt refund me. So, no products and no refund. It's a shame the way Dermelect is dealing with this situation or better, not dealing with it and acting without any awareness of the problem.
