I asked for one extra cream cheese frosting for my granddaughters pancakes. There is approximately one tablespoon of this frosting in this tub. Nothing said about an extra charge. Same thing every week when we go. The waitress brought 4. I didn't ask for 4 but I got them, charged for them and paid for them only because I didn't look at the check until my son brought it back. The manager on duty said she couldn't do anything only the general manager who would call me yesterday and didn't.
Just an FYI do not buy the roast beef sandwich. The roast beef is cooked to the consistency of nasty mashed potatoes. I ate four bites of a plate that cost nearly $13.
The attitude I received today tells me to spend my money elsewhere.
Me and my wife are going on every site that gives this dennys a review because we truly believe that Kathleen when every time we came there she was just a hard worker she took table she cooked she answered phone she took money you know and and meet the first time we met her it was only her and one cook and that restaurant she had set the tables and explain to everybody that she was by herself be patient the food will be coming out to you shortly and everybody respected her me and my wife we sat there just just to watch her because she was so professional and remember Kathleen you have our number if you ever want to move to Oregon we got my brother-in-law got a little restaurant and we he will love to hire you. So we love you Kathleen and we're driving we're on the road but like I said my wife is going on every Denny's site she can just to promote you Kathleen the queen on Wells Street Reno Nevada we love you
I ordered a salmon dinner and the salmon was way overcooked, dry and somewhat burned. The rest of the dinner was good. I don't believe that the cooks know how to properly cook salmon!
I just left Denny's at the location of ******* FM 1314 Porter Tx *******. I believe the store number is 100 I walked in after a few minutes I was seated. Then there I sat. And sat ….and sat. ALL THE WHILE two women (with Dennys uniforms) stood behind the welcome desk or whatever it's called, and chatted it up. NEITHER of the two even bothered to think to themselves that perhaps this should be a TEAM effort. Not just an attitude that thinks "hey, that's the SERVERS problem. I can't believe how long it was that I just SAT there. And BOTH women KNEW I was there. I was just several feet from them. THAT …is LAZINESS. I wonder how lazy they are when it comes to CLEANINESS in the kitchen. Because they CERTAINLY don't seem to care about their customers. They were only Hispanic customers, and they were only about eight of them in the restaurant. I was the only white person tell me if this isn't reverse prejudice. This thing would not allow me to upload the video I had already taken and left the restaurant, so I snapped a picture off of the photo where someone actually looked at me, STILL just walked about doing their thing.
I wish I knew about the animal abuse.pigs in gestation crates...what is wrong with you people...sure eat at Denny's and you can have hot cakes with a side of animal abuse

I was there with my friends. My buddy asked for wings and they forgot he existed. He didn't receive food until we were all done. Also she asked three of the five of us if they wanted refills. We weren't good enough apparently. Won't be coming back

El de mi pareja lo devolvieron igual y el mío le dije que no lo quería por caripelao al desirme que ellos no podían hacerlo well done! El manager de turno escuchó la conversación de la mecerá y el cosinero y no salió a pedirme disculpa is okay! No vamos a regresar después añadimos dos cheescake y me los dieron plan. Nose qué pasó con ellos pero yo salía del trabajo y fuimos a cenar por mis 40 años y pase una mala experiencia no les pongo las pruebas del steak por que la mecerá se lo llevo! Y cuando pague les pedí el recibo y ella lo rompió y lo voto mala educación de los empleados de este restaurante

Both my husband and I go to Denny's in Los Lunas of New Mexico. Hostess Trisha Jolly has served us many times and we sometimes ask to be at a table she served and she is the best hostess in the many years we've been going there. And the food is just incredible! We love the everyday breakfast which helps our budget.
I have been frequenting Denny's for more than three decades! Thousand Palms Denny's friendly and warm environment sets them apart from other competitors. With a All Hands on Deck approach from Perla in management department to service waitresses/waiters such as Eva, Monsarat, Aaron, Nathan, and Eleana. I'm a regular at the denny's in Middletown ny store #8169. The managers are rude, they treat there employee like they are not human. It's disturbing to the point that I will no longer go there after I seen how my server leta was treated on Nov 16,2022. She was crying and upset about something to do with the job the manager was very cold and very dismissive and rude to her. Leta is one of the best servers in denny's and to be honest I've seen her more times then I can count run the store by herself jammed packed and the manager Gee Gee just do this do that acting like leta is not doing enough when. Really she's doing everything and handling great. So Norene The GM and GeeGee should stop taking advantage of the good workers and realise everyone is human and no one should be treated with disrespect under any circumstances. Shame on them
Its the holiday season and they now have the pumpkin spice pancakes. Here in Fort Myers the service is great, fast and very friendly. Especially when I bring the children in after Church. All the help in there is great. Especially Jennifer P. Since she loves the young children. This in one of my go to restaurants with the children.

We just ordered food from Denny"s for delivery so frustrated foods are freakin cold. Pancakes, crepes, hash browns, egg, cheeseburger, steak. No wonder why my husband hates them. Never again.
