Be careful guys do not spend any money on this website, so many women's will contact you but they are all fake with no explanation.
Extremely bad

I joined the site, added a photo that i use on my work CV's so it's just a full face photo. My profile just listed my hobbies and interests which were sailing, theatre, dining out, camping.
It was a very short profile because I was going to do a more interesting one when I had more time.
I received a message straight away from a member, I answered explaining I had to pop out but would chat later. When I got home, I tried to log in and couldn't, so I contacted help.
They emailed me the next day to say my account had been deleted because of reasons that could include: explicit content, harassmen, fraudulent activity, black listed etc.
I emailed back to say that there must be some mistake and I would be grateful if they could they look into it.
I received another email from them saying they won't be looking to restore my profile.
There wasn't any explanation, and obviously didn't bother to see they had made a mistake.
Sadly this incompetent company oversee a few dating sites.
I am at present contacting the head of the actual dating site that I became a member of. Because they shouldn't be allowed to do this to innocent people, plus the company using them will be losing money.
I would like to state since this has happened to me, I have heard they have quite often done similar to members.
BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I really really don't understand how such a long standing platform is run in this way. We've been with Dating Factory and another provider for years now. Due to frustrations and poor tools, we have earnt next to nothing on this platform, while on another I turnover a very comfortable income. I find Dating Factory immensley frustrating and out of date. Prices for members are too high and the platform offers no custom pricing to be set per site. The promo tools like their member list tool is so out dated. I seem to make headway for a while, then there is a shift in staff and I'm back to square 1. Lately however, there has been some hosting updates leaving the admin platform barely responsive. There is sooo much potential here, just marred with hickups and patchy to none existent at times comms. It's almost like the platform to to be re-launched after a diet.

Jeigu tokią schemą naudoja, tai man čia jau panašu arba arti apgaulės... Ir ima didžiulius pinigus už ora, videopokalbiai neveikia, niekas iš normalių nebendrauja, kažkokius nebent ištvirkimus siūlo ir už tai ima didelius pinigus.

Don't sign up as a member, they try to make extra money from any of your little or big needs. Lastly after a couple of "starters" or however they call them I had suddenly got my money back. Affiliate marketing isn't cut for everyone - only those truly know how to bring quality and relevant traffic can hope to score a success. I don't get you get angry at Dating Factory - they gave us all a stick and a lake to fish in, but some of us go home with a full bucket of fish!
In my book, they are a perfect partner to work with, always helpful and there to help me optimize on performance, always paying on time, and I couldn't be happier with epc.

I also wrote a bad feedback on this site before, until the moment I realized that the allegations are not quite correct:
