Easy to use and overall a great experience. Everything's protected. Whenever there's a technical issue with something, there's always tech support. It rarely happens and when it did, it was a mistake I made but tech support helped out really fast. Service was excellent.

Services were completed.
Tech. Was knowlegable and repaired the computer to printer connection.
When I was re-installing the drivers it would not go to the next step after the 1st step was 100% completed and installed.
It took a long tem for the tech to complete, but it seems to be OK now.
