Their attention to detail is impeccable and they strive to make sure I'm happy with the product prior to and after printing. I order hats for our baseball league every year. I am never disappointing! Everything is always perfect, staff communicates very well, and they are always prompt to answer questions. Definitely a repeat customer!
I placed an order for hats 2 months ago and now after going through the whole sample process and at the last step they say that their vendor doesn't have stock... probably because they waited two months to place the order with the vendor instead of placing the order when I paid for my order TWO MONTHS AGO.
Robin totally did not care about my order or business. She just blamed her vendor and didn't take any responsibility.
I can understand slow service but to just not do anything is insane.
Easy to use quote system and great customer care. Our products arrived timely and I loved getting to see a version of the garments before the went into full production. The items that we ordered feel like great quality and we are very happy. Placing a re-order now!

Searched online for hats, found Customizedwear.com. Though i was hesitant at first ordering hats online, they made the experience easy. Not only did they place the logo where we wanted, they also sent us a sample picture. I noticed the logo was crooked on the sample and questioned it. They responded they would fix it right away so I approved the change and waited for our shipment on the hats. We received in a very timely manner and the quality is great. My only complaint is the very high pricing in shipping. Another company we have ordered items from had free shipping included with their items. That's really our only complaint!
I placed an order with CustomizedWear about a year ago for hats to give to customers, and everyone loved them. I am going to place an order to exceed the first order by double. I have been dealing with Lisette Diaz and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
They had exactly what we were looking for in a hat (made of recycled materials) and the quality of both the hat and embroidery were great! Both Karoline and Lisette were very helpful in answering our questions and other communications
