I have cancelled my daughter's classes and sent the filled form twice. Not received any response. My emails are unanswered. I called Vijay Naidu ( who originally emailed me), but he doesn't pick up. I expect professionalism. In absence of good customer service, be rest assured you will be wiped out soon.
Before my child was enrolled in cuemath, he did not know how to do simple things like long division, but now after having taken cuemath lessons for close to two years, he is very confident with math and is up to grade level. In addition, there are amazing teachers in cuemath that helped him get stronger in math.

They were irregular, no contact for a supervisor. They had bad internet connection. Worst teaching service ever. And they sold my number to 100s of companies. Now I get spam calls everyday. F$$$ piece of $#*! company with no proper system.
We are trying to cancel and get the refund.its been headache from last 10 days with no proper response and the number provided is not reachable. The person whom we are working despite asking multiple times to call us is not answering nor replying to the email. When it comes to enrolling for a class, cuemath will call N number of times within a day but when cancelling its out of the scope for them. Terrible service.

Re-check the prices, when you are increasing. None of the industry is increasing pay/salaries, like you guys are increasing plan costs. Give the options to customers, who are in the older plans. Indirectly, you guys are forcing customers to move to new plans (added new features. + plans) and pay the amount.

I canceled classes after 1.5 years of Cuemath to get my child more F2F sessions locally. Refund was promised for the classes not taken but has not come through. I last submitted refund details per their ask on Feb 28 and have followed up over emails several times. Every time, a case gets raised and a ticket number provided and within a week its closed out. The person that was in touch with me no longer responds. I hope this is not a scam.
