Last year, I prefer a long coat online and on sale from cross country. I had been searching for a coat for some time that was rain proof, wind proof, and cold weather proof. The coat arrived and I was so excited. Well the zipper kept getting stuck and finally wouldn't budge, so I contacted the customer service department and asked them to replace the zipper. They requested that I take a picture of the zipper on the coat. Due to the fact that I work 12 hour shifts, I was often too tired to do anything but sleep, but was determined to get it done because I love the coat. One day, not long after my contact with the customer service department, I came home after a long days work and found a package on my doorstep. It was from cross country. It was a replacement. They sent me a new coat. How awesome was that. Thank you cross country. I really needed that for this New England climate. You went above and beyond. It is very much appreciated.
