Coursiv is a scam and do not fall for their lies - they hide the fact that you have signed up for full payment in the small print of terms and conditions and then take the payment and refuse to refund you even though you go straight back to them - there is no cooling off period on this

WARNING: SCAM ALERT!

This company operates under deceptive practices. They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, but it's a complete LIE. Their customer service is handled by AI-generated responses, and no real person manually reviews refund requests.

Despite claiming a "satisfaction guarantee," their terms and conditions contain loopholes that make it nearly impossible to get a refund. If you don't like the product, you should be eligible for a refund—but they refuse to honor their own policy.

Their response to my request was the same automated excuse:
"We have carefully reviewed your situation, and while we completely understand your reasoning, we are unable to approve a refund. Unfortunately, your case doesn't meet the criteria outlined in our Refund Policy."

This is a scammy and misleading business practice, and I strongly urge everyone to AVOID this company at all costs! 🚨

Do not fall into the same trap! Stay away!

I paid 7 usd for a trial and then a few days later, I am charged 40 usd without knowing. I don't even know why I am charged and they do not give me any response. They only say that it can not be refunded. This business model is not eithical to the customers. I do not recommend you to give your payment details to this company.

I was using the trail and then they charged me 45US dollars without my consent when requesting a refund I just got an AI rely, dont bother the app is just a bunch of questions that aren't very helpful anyway!

The course looked very inviting, I subscribed thinking it was credible. Tried to login it didn't work. Finally logged in. Tried to click on one of the services. It did not work. Forgot about this for six days thinking oh well I only paid for six days. Wrong automatic renewal got taken for a month worth of services and was disconnected and never use the service. The AI clearly the details of signing up!

As per our Subscription Terms, the user is responsible for canceling the subscription in his account to stop automatic renewal.

Sharing to add details to the other comments I've seen about Coursiv. Having recently been laid off and working in tech I have been using AI a lot for both my job search and some businesses I'm starting with a friend. So when I saw Coursiv I was interested in learning more and when I saw an ad for a discount I thought I'd look into it.

The website guides you through some questions about your goals but doesn't give much information about what's ACTUALLY IN the materials. So when I got to the end of the guided questions and it was asking me to check out and pay I stopped to go do some more research about what the product actually is so I would know what I'm paying for. While doing this research I had something come up that I needed to step away from my computer for so I never returned to either finish the purchase or back out of/close the screen. *This computer is my private computer in my home where I live alone with my child and 4 cats - they didn't buy it.

Imagine my surprise when a day or two later I saw 2 charges in my account and a welcome email congratulating me on my purchase!

I reached out to customer service to let them know what happened and explained that I was not requesting a refund based on dissatisfaction with the product but that the charge was fraudulent and had never been authorized. They told me that by intentionally PUTTING ITEMS IN MY CART I had authorized the charges! So literally, don't even CONSIDER buying because they define authorizing payment as putting an item(s) in your cart...Guess I'll be going to PayPal to resolve this since their customer service is so awful.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Coursiv, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing.

On February 6,2025, I signed up for what I believed was an introductory offer for €19.19. The website made it seem like this was the only charge necessary to access the platform. However, after proceeding through the checkout process, I was unexpectedly charged an additional €47.99 without my consent or clear indication that this would happen.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted Coursiv's support team to request a refund, explaining that it was a mistake due to their unclear and misleading checkout process. I received no response to my first email. A few days later, after following up, they finally responded only to deny my refund request, claiming that my situation did not meet their refund policy.

What makes this even more frustrating is that:
The refund request was made on the same day as the purchase, which is a standard consumer right in many regions.
The subscription was canceled, which proves that they acknowledged the issue, yet they still refused to refund my money.
They never addressed the lack of transparency in their checkout process.

This kind of deceptive pricing practice and refusal to refund a mistaken charge reflects very poor business ethics. A legitimate and customer-friendly platform would have issued a refund, especially since the request was made immediately.

If you're considering subscribing to Coursiv, be extremely careful, as you might end up paying far more than you expected with no way to get your money back. I strongly recommend avoiding this platform!

Don't subscribe to it

I was charged 48 euros per month when I was quite sure that the agreement was an one-off 48 euro payment. Luckily my payment provider blocked the payment automatically.
The quality of the course and the platform is quite low for the price paid in my opinion.
Do not recommend buying it at all.

If you'll notice, people who actually subscribed all say the same experience. It's a scam. The positive responses are all by AI bots. So people should be aware. Get your AI knowledge from real persons. You can even Google it.
