Corset Deal

I found Corset Deal at the last minute before my wedding and was a little skeptical since I had never heard of them before and the price seemed too good to be true, but I was out of options and decided to give them a try... I'm so thankful I did! The dress was much higher quality than I had expected and fit perfectly! Thank you guys so much, not just for the dress itself but also for the wedding pictures I'm proud to hang on my wall!

There's a lot of negative feedback about the customer service but I found it to not be much hassle. I was sent a bespoke corset with the wrong measurements. After reading the reviews I skipped the bot on the webpage and filled in the returns form. Then I received an email. They listened to my problem and after I provided proof (a picture of me measuring the corset) they agreed to send me a new corset. I received the corset on time and exactly as expected.
I brought three other items, two off the rack corsets and a skirt. This is my first time buying things like this but I find them to be high quality, comfortable and unlikely to break anytime in the near future.

I ordered 5 corsets, and tried to return 3 that were the wrong size. They were unopened and still in the bags they were received in. Not only is the policy that you need to pay to return them, but you also lose on the "restocking". On top of that I was told the corsets were returned damaged and I would not get my money back, but I could pay to get them back. At this point I have paid for the items twice over.

I also filled out the form to do an exchange and sent the item back as requested. Once they received the item I was told they do not do exchanges.

I have yet to get any money back for the 3 returned items after constant messages telling me I would.

Highly recommend not ordering from this shop unless you are confident on your size.

I have ordered two corsets from this company, and I haven't been disappointed. I have always wanted a bespoke corset, but couldn't afford one. I gave up hope, and made do with an off-the-rack corset for years until I found this company.

I can't believe the choices- I found exactly what I wanted and had it made to my body's shape. The corset arrived quickly, and was perfect! I mean perfect- no mono-bosom. No shelf-chest. I look like a real woman with a normal figure. I feel very comfortable in the thing- no poking or stiffness.

I love the corset and this company. The deliver what they promise. They will support you (no pun intended) if you have questions or need help. The price may be low, but the quality is very high.

My shipment was lost by the shipping company. Coresetdeal customer service was right on top of things with the vendor and with me. I had daily updates on the situation. When it was officially declared "lost" they remade my order and shipped it out immediately using a different vendor and I got it within days. Their service was impeccable, and I couldn't even suggest an improvement if I tried. Oh, and the products I ordered are absolutely lovely. I absolutely recommend them.

Love it! Im really amazed at the level of quality to be perfectly honest, I went over it with a fine-tooth comb and there were absolutely no imperfections that I was able to find
