Received my item damaged and wanted a replacement. Attempted to file a claim with there system and it was unable to locate my order. Send numerous emails with no response. Be prepared to toss your money out the window if the purchase does not go right.
I ordered a shirt for my mother in law for Christmas on 12/9 and it's not going to show up on time. Tried contacting company but no response. Item just now shipped out 11 days after I placed my order. I'm disappointed in the lack of communication, time it took to process the order and not being informed ahead of time it would take that long to process. Shouldn't take 3 weeks to get a shirt, especially if I'm having to pay for shipping. Will never do business with this company ever again and will definitely not recommend.
This company is a scam, I ordered a sweat shirt for a Christmas gift on 12/13/22 and I still have not received it. I have called and I can't get anyone. I've emailed a few times with no response. Save yourself from a headache and don't order anything from this company!
I ordered a tee shirt in my normal size but when I received it the shirt was too small. I contacted customer service to get a replacement or refund ( the shirt cost me $38). They told me that the shirt and size was what I ordered so they wouldn't replace it or refund my money. I asked again what the problem with replacing my shirt for a different size was and they just said I got what I ordered. When I asked if they were just gonna steal my money since I didn't have a shirt I could wear, they never responded again to any of my emails.
Please. Do not do business with this company. I paid over $120 that I saved a long time for and they stole my money. I contacted them many time's and no response. They were paid by PayPal and never bothered to respond to numerous requests to know where my gifts were. I will provide anyone who is interested all the follow up and documents proving payment. If you buy from them they will steal from you like they did from me. Don't do it.
