They never register people who complain, so one person can repeatedly post without any problem. On top of it once a company owner writes to them to complain they offer to take down complaints for money. TOTAL SCAM!

This website allows people to register complaints about businesses. They do not require any kind of registration or identification from the person registering the complaint.
The complaints are not filtered as to abusive language. When a business tries to defend itself, the emails are just forwarded back to the business. The blog for this website is ample evidence of the abusive nature or the website owner.
