After 3 attempts in 2 days = 5 hours sitting at the computer the techs could no solve my issues. Very long wait times between chats at least 10 minutes for a response to a question. I paid $190 for 1 year of service but looks like this retired person was taken advantage of by Comodo.
Comodo has a tendency to take part in hilariously aggressive email marketing campaigns. Organizations I work with have received over 300 individual emails from someone there trying to set up a meeting to talk about their products. I went ahead and permanently banned the domain across all of these servers going forward due to their breach of CAN-SPAM laws. I wouldn't recommend signing up on their website or giving them any information at all, otherwise they will relentlessly spam you without having any way to prevent it from happening. No unsubscribe link that I could see in the emails.
I have used both free and paid version of comodo. I feel that it tales less time to scan the devices compared to others, and also avilable at a best price of $4.99 for a year.
My system perfromance increased after installing this program.
This review is just about their Dragon browser, not their other services, which I have never used. Dragon is based on Chrome and works well and looks good. I tried it for about two weeks. One big problem: A few times a day, a tab pops up informing you that your Chrome -- yes, Chrome -- browser is an older version, and you need to update it. I interpret this to mean Dragon is based on an old Chrome and is not kept up to date. I went to Comodo's user forum, asking about this issue. No one from Comodo ever responded. I uninstalled the browser.

Have got to love comodo.com! I believe that this organisation has a successful future ahead of them. For personal users they have a number of free products ranging from Internet Security, Firewalls, backup managers and even an EasyVPN that secures your instant messaging. I also like to use 'SecureEmail' that they also provide free for non-commercial use. It will both encrypt and digitally sign all your emails. I recommend this site to all.
If you ask me which antivirus is good for individual users, I won't recommend Comodo. But their endpoint security product is the best for enterprises. Undoubtedly the best.
