I was interested in the safety aspect of motorcycles and desired lighting that would make me better seen both day and night. My dealings with Jesse was a joy. He not only recommended converting my rear turn signals into both turn signals and running, he provided the information for me to convert them to LED lights. Also he recommended the front turn signals to white LED running that turn amber LEDs when activating the turn signal. He gave some helpful hints to make the job easier. I appreciate people that are willing to take the time to not only sell you something, but also take the time to offer assistance as well. I highly recommend this company.
Terrible customer service. Waited months for a part they were unable to provide. Tried returning the other portion of my order, can't use the taillight without the module, and they slammed me with return shipping and a restocking fee. They couldn't fulfill their end but expect me to pay more. Their customer service manager Allison just ignored my emails. Clearly this company only cares about your money, not your satisfaction.
