Choise has a clean UI, but error handling feels underdeveloped. Even a dedicated error center or a toggle to show "More details" on failure popups would help. Right now, most messages feel like placeholders, not real explanations.

There are a few redundant steps in the navigation. For example, to check staking rewards, I have to open "Earn," then select the product, then tap into the active stake. This could easily be reduced with a consolidated dashboard showing all active positions.

If I could rate this website 0 I would. I transferred my crypto to this website not expecting the outcome of just a blatant scam. When you try to get your money transferred they constantly say the "technical team will assist you" Which never happens. Then they blame it on a transitional period for the reason they won't transfer your crypto.I recently got breakthrough on my recovery after reporting them to an agency who truly does their work. I really liked this company when he started (its former name was "Crypterium"), but since the re-branding into "Choise.com" everything went downhill.
I have seen many of my friends not being able to withdraw money for the past 6 months. Moreover, last week I made a wallet-to-wallet crypto transaction which seems to have been "lost" and no-one in the support team is able to let me know what happened and the txid given is "unknown" (but - of course - the money are not in my account...).
