I placed an order on Cellspare.com and received an email on July 25 stating that the item would be dispatched on Wednesday and tracking details would follow. I waited patiently, but no tracking information was ever shared. After following up, they responded days later saying the order was being canceled and the refund would be processed in 3 working days. It's now August 4, and I've received nothing. No product, no refund, and no reliable customer support. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this site to others.

I purchased three iPhone batteries from this fraudulent company. Before placing the order, I contacted them via WhatsApp to ask if shipping batteries to my location would be possible, as I knew battery shipments can sometimes be problematic. They assured me there would be no issues. So, I went ahead, placed the order, and paid immediately. At first, I received some strange emails asking for additional payments. Later, I received an email confirming that my order had been accepted and payment received. The estimated delivery time was about 2 months. I patiently waited for 2 months — and nothing arrived. I contacted them again via WhatsApp to ask about my package, and only then they told me:
"Sorry, we cannot ship batteries."
It took them two months and my message to inform me — had I not written, I probably would've never heard anything from them. After that, they said they would issue a refund. Again, I received fake emails claiming the refund was approved and payment was made — but I never received any refund or any package.

Its very rude and and harsh behavior from your customer support. I have ordered (Order ID: #*******). I hade ordered on 07 July 2025... it was supposed to reach by 17 July 2025. But your Customer support said me to wait me till 21 July 2025. Today is 21 July. When I asked the status of my order, your customer support initiated refund without informing me. He started arguing with me. Is this your customer support. If Yes then you have the worst service. You have wasted my time and patience.

I purchase Google 7 pro LCD Screen for my phone, the product arrived at my place fast and secure. I really appreciate cellspare team

I purchase pixel 7 pro display a 6 month ago paid Rs *******/-, after 3 month it not working probably it have some lines on it, I contact to cell spare team, but they dint give proper answer, so don't buy from cell spare that have not genuine products.

Camera lens received didn't work 😕 shows error
Courier service is good
Cell spare service is good but item send by supplier is not working at all

Please, never use this site to buy anything. In summary, they will ignore you, lie to you and try to beg for more money even before delivery.

Guess what? Refund never happened. I must have raise a dispute claim with my card issuer.

Not sure about geniune or not. But products are satisfactory. But packaging was kind of suspicious but atlast everything turned out good.

For value of the product i recieved what i expected with no problems. Normaly hard to get products and smarphone parts that are unfortunately not up to date anymore. Thanks so much. Saved me a bit of money
