Driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel which I stated specifically it was not correct. Proceeded to unload my stuff and demand a tip before he would help me. When I finally gave him a tip just so that I could get to the correct place he got back in the car and took off left me and my kid with 4 pieces luggage stranded in New York on the sidewalk. I called the company and they said in order to take me to the correct place I would have to pay all over again. What a scam!
Even though Carmel offers an incentive, I would still write to say this is absolutely the best transportation to take especially to and from the airports in NY. They are always right on time, very accommodating and I so prefer it over any other. The drivers couldn't be nicer. All in all I would recommend it to anyone every time. I have used them for years.
Requested a car service two days prior, the time and car was confirmed. No car was there to pick me up when confirmed. I missed my flight and no car was ever even available to pick me up. Also customer service told me "we're in NYC sorry". Not helpful, still haven't received my refund, will never use again.
A very bad service, a rude driver, scolded us in his own language. Not in a hundred thousand years will I ever make a reservation with this company again. The driver didn't say a decent word to us, just sat on his phone; except when he wanted his money... read his tip. Well he could write it on his stomach. Stupid company
I've booked some rides with them and I haven't had the luck to be a happy client. They're rude when you're doing the reservation and service is not the best. I was in a hurry and it finally worked out but i doubt taking a ride with them again...
Excellent service and the only one I use in New York City. The driver was early and got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. He was also friendly and was an excellent driver. I appreciated the service. This is my own opinion and not that of anyone else.

UNRELIABLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a car 4 days in advance and they ask you to call when you get your luggage. I called and they gave me the runaround. A supervisor eventually told me it'd be another 45 mins to get me a car. I had to cancel. I got an Uber in 4 mins. Use a competitor or Uber or Lyft.
I use Carmel when I need to get to/from JFK and my family's home in the Hudson Valley. They are always on time or early. Always professional. And I wouldn't use anyone else.
The limousine service we got for my brother wedding was great. It was a 40 passenger party bus. Will recommend them to anyone looking for the mega 40 passenger party bus in Carmellimo.
We were told to wait 20 minutes after calling once we picked up our luggage and they never showed.
We called after 25 minutes and they said wait another 30-40.
Would never use Carmel again.
