After ordering my items, I found that the event had been moved up and I needed the material much quicker. I called the customer service number, talked to a rep, who was understanding, found my order and for a small additional charge was able to get it shipped faster. I had some items that were being printed so this meant breaking the order into two parts, but she was extremely helpful in getting this done. I wish I had her name, but I was so stressed that I failed to write it down. So this is a general thank you to everyone in the shipping and customer service departments: THANK YOU! And just so no one goes unrecognized, the items were what I would call a superior quality and a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again and referring friends to them.
