I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent cab reservation (Booking ID: ******), which was not fulfilled as promised.
I had booked a Kanpur to Prayagraj roundtrip and contacted your customer support twice at +91 ********** before making the reservation. I clearly informed them that I needed the cab at 6:00 AM sharp on the 10th morning, as I had an important meeting and could not afford any delays. Your support team assured me 100% that the cab would be available on time; otherwise, I would be eligible for a refund in case of failure.
However, after confirming my booking, the assigned driver refused to pick me up and stated that another driver would come, but he did not provide the alternate driver's details. I contacted your customer support again, and they assured me that new driver details would be shared soon, but till the last moment, no driver was assigned, and no cab arrived on time.
At 6:00 AM, after waiting as much as I could, I had to leave without the cab due to my meeting. When I called your support team again to inform them, they wrongfully blamed me for the cancellation and stated that a cancellation fee would be charged.
I want to make it very clear that this failure was on your end, not mine. I have all call recordings as proof of my conversations with your support team. Since you failed to provide the service as promised, I demand a full refund of my advance payment immediately.
Worst service provider. I had booked a sedan car from Vadodara to Ahmedabad. The car that came had no boot space as it housed a CNG cylinder. Ultimately, they canceled my booking when I asked for a cab with full boot space and they refused. I
Had the first experience of a cab that had no space in boot. Moreover, they charge money in advance. And that is nonrefundable, as they have their own reasons to justify cancelation.
Never try to book a cab through Cabbazar.
Do not ever book this cab service it's unreliable cab driver will overcharge in name of toll parking provide no slips and threaten you if u argue or ask for bill copies. Do not book
Happened twice to me. They inflate the price by 30% after reaching the destination. They tell extra kms and tell Google maps is wrong. Even if it's wrong it should not deviate so drastically and they also take higher tolls. Never going to take their cabs ever again. Stay away from cheaters. Use make my trip instead which Is much professional
We had booked an Outstation Cab for 2 Nov 2022 on 31 Oct 2022 With the Advance amount of Rs 694 out of Rs 4019 for the full booking with confirmation of the Driver & cab on 31st Oct 2022. However, on 2 Nov they gave a call that the car has broken down and they have arranged for the cab but at a higher price for which the company is bearing some money and the customer has to bear some money, making the cab booking to Rs 5194 further we receive another Call from another rep that the Cab is now available at 5000 + Advance Amount to which I asked them to cancel the booking and refund the amount. They Cancelled the booking but did refund the money with no reason or explaining the policy. When NO services availed then why is the booking advance amount withheld.
Irony, we called the cab driver that was allotted at the time of the booking, he said that he has another booking with him and not what was told to us" car has broken down "
