Slow delivery, it took 12 days to receive my order (which was just one pair of sunglasses)! I bought them for a birthday present for my girlfriend, but ended up having to buy the sunglasses at a retail store because I didn't receive them in time.
They also charge you the free shipping cost + a 20% restocking fee if you want to return anything. So for me to return $120 sunglasses, it would cost me over $40! Totally ridiculous.
I will NOT buy from here again.

Ordered with success! My glasses came as promised in 4 days which was a little quicker then I thought it would take. I was a little leary about ordering them without trying them on but it worked out great. Would recommend for those who want to save a little on frames like me.
Ordering eyeglasses from Buyeyeglasses was easy and fast. It certainly was the only thing good about accidentally stepping on my old glasses. It cost me about 1/2 as much as the original frames and they are the same brand and model. Thank you.

I placed an order for a pair of black & gold Cazel 616 frames with prescription lenses with scratch ressistant, anti reflective & u. V. coatings. After providing my pupillary distance my order was placed. The next day I received an email from BUYEYEGLASSES.COM saying the frames I ordered were out of stock even though on NEWEGG.COM (a website which they are also selling them on) & BUYEYEGLASSES.COM had the frames STILL listed as IN STOCK!). After that the email says I will be refunded. Then I get an email from them saying my order went through. One minute later I get an email saying the frames I ordered were out of stock!? I checked my account and NO REFUND! I waited and almost two days later NO REFUND!
BUYEYEGLASSES.COM IS A FRAUDULENT, SCAM ARTIST WEBSITE.

They promising authentic brand frames and glasses...
I ordered a "ray ban" eyeglasses frame, while knowing that all authentic "ray ban" frames are being made (only) in italy and in Europe by Luxottica manufacturer. They send me a frame with "made in china" graved on its temple with no any other manufacturer labels or documents! Its definatly fake, and the REAL PRICE of these chineese "brands" is 10-15 $ and they selling it: 90$
I saw the same real frame (not chinees) at optic shop it has another color, made from beter materials and you fell the quallity of it only by touching and wearing it...
I should return this frame to buyeyeglasses.com but i can't becouse of: they will refound only 80% of it price and it will be cost me another 20$ to send it back (out of US)
I sure that all their so-called "authentic designer brands" are a chineese fakes! No one of these "designer brand " names aren't authentic!
It not whorth it! Its real price are 10$ dollars and they seeling it for 100-150$
