Burt's Bees Baby

I placed an order on a Friday with free shipping. It is now Thursday afternoon and it has not yet shipped even though they claim to ship orders in 1 to 3 business days. They do not answer their customer service phone line. I sent an email to inquire about my order since I need it in time for a baby shower. They replied with a standard brush off email that did not address any of my questions. I asked my daughter about her experience with ordering from this company in the past. She sent me screen shots of her order and shipment confirmation showing that they took 13 days to ship her order! Again, they claim to ship orders out in 1-3 business days. This is unacceptable. They are blatantly lying to their customers and then not answering calls when they fail to meet their obligations. I will never order from them again and don't recommend anyone give them their business if they actually need to receive their items in a timely manner.
