I have been using aramex since i started shopping online from the usa which was around 9 -10 years back. Their service started getting bad so was looking for someone new. I ended up trying boxinus. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 5 days! No one answers the phone or emails the whole "live chat" thing is a lie there is no place to live chat and my item haven't been put into my box since Saturday (it's Tuesday) no explanation no emails back, I've tried Facebook, emails, calls NOTHING. I ship over 7 times a month and they want to treat customers like this? Absolutely gobsmacked and disappointed. I just want my stuff!
I have posted my items to my Boxinus address. My account won't let me make payment due an error on the security code on my card.
Now the site shows that I haven't setup an account and they have asked me USD 1 again.
This won't go through either. No one responds to my emails I am so upset and have potentially lost USD 200 shoes.
Iam one of the ppl who joined boxinus from the beginning of their startup with a lady called vicky. Done great deals but after too many years i started to realize that there is a big change in how they rule the busniess.
They disable payments through paypal so they hold your package and let you leave it for their beneficial thats a creative way of stealing goods.
They have problems with some ppl in specific countries and they really hide them self not to show that.
My advice keep away from dealing with them.
I have family in the US that always ships me stuff for me and my kids we used to deal with shop and ship which takes over 10 days to shop our packages! Soo happy I found out about boxinus I usually get my packages withing 4 days max!
I have been using Boxinus for 4 years, lately they have been shipping my items with fedex regular, although the shipping charges have increased but the delivery is taking longer, as well as when I send for help or request help I never get a response. It's quite sad because I order from the US on average once every month.
