I don't know how an online buying experience could be any worse than this. It would take more than the 1000 allowed characters. But here it goes summed up.
-They shipped half of a two-part epoxy. Other half backordered indefinitely.(showed in-stock)
-Would not answer phones or emails for 4 weeks
-I did a partial chargeback from my Credit Card Co.
-Then they sure called back right away. Asked me to ship the products back. I did promptly.
-Then had the nerve to dispute the chargeback.
-Now I'm out $700 and have no product to show for it.
-Complete thieves
They found the most competitive price for the part I needed.
