Great Experience

Richard was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and had excellent communication throughout our transaction. I've heard nothing but good things about Boat Depot and can now say, from first hand experience, this is a great team with great costumer service.

Boat Seat Disaster

Ordered Tracy International helm seats from Boatdepot.com. Took over 8 weeks to be made and deliver after numerous emails and phone calls. Upon installation, found seats were not made like the ones pictured. Reps. Insisted they were the same. They are not. Stuck with them. For over $2600 in cost, you'd think they'd get it right. Lied to me several times, do not answer emails.
