I deleted my account to cancel my free trail. They still charged $80 for a yearly subscription. Even when I canceled it 1 day BEFORE the free trail ended. I contacted them to get a refund or recover my account. The only response I got was from their bot emails. 15 days past and no response.

I don't like how you have to put in your credit card information during the free trail and not email a receipt when they charged you.

Been using Blinkist for a while now, won't say it's the best one there in books-summarizing product category, but its' obviously one of the best, in my opinion!

The best thing I've liked about the Blinkist is how well they have balanced the pricing with the collection size, unlike other books-summarizing products like getAbstract and Soundview.

The user interface is simple and interactive enough to get the flow going and the audio quality for the audio books is amazing!

I've been trying to contact this company via email for days since I was charged $130 that Apple cannot refund. I've also reached out through all their social media channels, but it seems like they don't care about their customers.
