Be Createful has amazing stones and supplies at great prices. I've tried to Korean, DMC and luxe stones and I love them all for different reasons. The rhinestones sheets are beautiful as well. The rhinestone pencil is a huge help and the flock and transfer tape are more cost effective than other sites while maintaining quality! Thanks as always. This is my go to supplier. I've even had to do a return at my own fault. I selected the wrong product and it was as painless as the process can be.
This company is all around a class act. You won't be disappointed. I forgot to mention shipping is amazingly fast.
I normally go back to businesses that are reliable and Be Createful has never disappointed. Have always found what I need and website makes it easy to find all items that I need. All my purchases have been defective free and shipping is prompt. Will definitely keep coming back for all my rhinestone related purchases.
The designs are beautiful, but I have had to separate many rhinestones from a design as they were misaligned and touching one another. Nevertheless, I will still purchase from Be Createful, because it saves me time from designing when I am super busy!
I made two orders totally over $300. When the order arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I went to the website to request a return and to my surprise no returns or exchanges allowed. There was an is no notice during purchase or check out that they have a no return policy. When I called they were rude and condescending. I am positive this is not the first time they have been made aware of this issue and they have repeatedly chosen not to make customers aware of their no returns policy during check-out. Annette mentioned that there are no rhinestone companies that allow returns and exchanges. That is not true as I have checked. Bold faced lie. Go elsewhere as there are rhinestone companies that allow returns and exchanges.

I ordered $175 of product. This is my third order the first two came fine. The company made a mistake and did not include most of my third order and when I called to let them know they said they didn't make a mistake and they refused to send me my items. Essentially what they did was try to prove they were right and I must be wrong snd if I wasn't willing to claim the package was damaged (no I won't lie for them so they can get reimbursed by shipping company) they will not ship Me the rest of my order and therefore I am out of my money and the product I need to finish my custom order for a client. A company doesn't get any lower than this and cannot be trusted. Apparently they don't make mistakes and blame the customer. So after I get my credit card company involved to get my money back I will never order from this deceitful garbage company again. Buyer beware!
We are sorry that you are disappointed. We tried to assist you via the original emails which stated you didn't receive your items, as well as stating that the items you did receive were not correct. You stated you didn't order the bulk bag of stones but later agreed you did order them. During our two conversations we verified the box it was sent in and the weight of the package. We discussed that your order weighed 4.6lbs when we shipped it and that USPS verified the package weighed 4.6lbs when it was accepted. The bulk bag you agree that you did receive weighs 1.10lbs before packaging so we did verify that when your order was shipped all items were in your shipment. We asked if the box you received was damaged in any way, as unfortunately packages do get damaged while in shipping and things can fall out - not because we were trying to deceive or file false claims for shipping. We attempted to have a conversation to find a resolution but you were not open to any conversation and just continued to curse and belittle our staff and company. The fact that you felt the need to state that you live in a 4 million-dollar home does not make the threats and aggressive language that tears down our staff OK. We will not partake in that type of communication. We cannot allow that as a business. We do make mistakes but we work hard to take care of our customers and fix those errors, but behavior exhibited during our interaction will not be tolerated. Posting reviews on multiple social media sites under numerous names and profiles including your dogs social media page validates your intent to bully instead of working together to find a resolution.
I didn't have any issues ordering. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary for online ordering. But the fact that my review has to be 100 characters or more to leave a review doesn't make any sense. What if I don't have that much to say about it.
My order was delivered fast. It is exactly what I was expecting. One of the colors was wrong but that was my fault. I am sure that I will use for another project. I will be ordering much more product for my 50th wedding projects. So glad I found this seller.
I LOVE purchasing from BeCreateful customer service is A1 and shipping is always fast! I've been using the Luxe hotfix stones for all of my apparel and the glass flatbacks for tumblers. The quality of their glass/luxe stones is what keeps me coming back to purchase!

My name is Annette and you are correct, you did speak with me and I do own Be Createful. My staff and I work hard to provide beautiful products and good customer service for our customers. You originally spoke with Jennifer. She was in training and I was sitting with her during the conversation so I was very aware of what was said. She was kind and professional but I had her hand the phone to me after you made some very hateful and degrading remarks. She in no way deserved what was said, no one should be talked to the way, not our staff or any other person.
When I spoke with you, I shared who I was and attempted to turn the conversation around. As I shared on the phone we do have our returns policy in several places on our website including the checkout page. I have attached a screenshot of our checkout page below. It states "Please verify all items in your cart are correct as we do not accept returns. Please see our return policy for details." If you didn't see it I'm sorry but it is on our website and part of every order as well as on our Return Policy page. Our return policy (link below) shares why we had to make this decision. It states:
"At Be Createful we truly appreciate and value our customers. As a family-owned and operated company, we stand behind all of our products and customers.
In order to keep up with increasing costs and maintain our affordable prices, we have had to make a tough decision. We will no longer be accepting returns/exchanges indefinitely.
Unfortunately, about 70% of the returns previously accepted arrived damaged. The damage happened due to care not being taken when packaging the products for return. We are unable to resell those products, which increases costs for our customers.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but in order to keep our prices as affordable as possible, this is a decision that must be made.
We just want to remind you to double-check what you are ordering, to ensure you receive the products you want!"

Additionally, I did not say all companies have the same policy, I did state that since we implemented this policy many companies have done the same.
