My experience with BecexTech.com was good with no specific issues. The product and cost was fine but BecexTech.com communication needs improvement and so does parcel tracking. This was my first purchase with them and I was a bit nervous and spent much time wondering what was happening and where my purchase was on its route to me.
Phone delivery good, fast. We ordered iphone 14 promax 512gb purple( $949) + case and screen protect($25) total $ 974 paid full. However, Becextech sent only phone without case+ screen. So, please send me them asap. Thanks.
Had a weird hiccup with security verification which I haven't faced before. However responses over email were prompt. And delivery was quick af, like less than a week from HK is impressive.
When I ordered the phone on line it said New Phone and Excellent so I assumed it was a New Phone - I did not realise that was different to Excellent and if I wanted a new Phone I had to click on that button.
So I was surprised to get a second hand phone. Nor did I receive the case I ordered and paid for. I was told I could return it, which I was grateful for. I said I would be happy to pay the difference for a new phone. Then I was told I now have to pay $55 to return it. I am not happy about that and am now considering not purchasing a new phone from you. I will return the phone and expect a refund of $1129.
From logging back in from years ago to finding the item to purchasing the item and transaction it was a breeze. The delivery of the item was a little underwhelming with the delivery comparing to other online companies.

Delivery of my S24 Ultra was fast and phone was as described - pristine condition. I have never purchased a refurbished phone before so I am hoping this phone lasts as long as my new S8.
Bought and received 2 phones, Ok so far other than a screen scratch on one. Have not put them to use at this stage as we are waiting for tech support.

I received my phone and all is working well. I would have liked more timely tracking and expected delivery info so I had to email twice to request info. Delivery took about 2 weeks in the end. Very happy with the product and price.
Pathetic Service. 4 month old Samsung Flip phone 6. Screen dead. Major fault as the phone is useless without screen. Asked for a replacement. They made me pay to send them phone, they replaced screen. When phone returned, couldn't open SIM port to put sim in. Phone is useless. Now they want to repair instead of replacing device. This has been going on for 2 months.

They refused to fix my phone and then ignored a court order from 2020 to refund me.
Their shell company office is permanently empty, no phone number, and email communication is met with delays until you get told to write a letter to their Hong Kong head office.
They blamed me for purchasing the phone from them, offered me a 3% refund (so generous) and wanted to charge me a fee for it.

I purchased an Apple Watch from this company when I received it. The face was badly scratched so I sent it back. I agreed to have a replacement watch and when I receive that it wouldn't charge I don't know if it's a problem with the watch itself or with the charger cord that they sent but it definitely does not charge for $325. It's not right. I brought this watch through Amazon. But.Becextech was the seller, which I've been dealing with. I have included a photo of the first watch with the scratched face.

Hi I ordered an iPhone shortly before Xmas. The phone came really fast. The case & screen cover was a little slower after Xmas but that was due to a stock issue which I was fine with.
Selecting and ordering was very easy and although I made a Mistake in my post code,they emailed me to let me know.

Answer: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DEVICES ARE FROM HONG KONG AND COMPANY TRIES TO AVOID AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AT ALL COST. I had my MacBook Pro that I purchased less than two years ago. This company did not respond until I threatened to contact ACCC and Fair Trading. They made me wait 15 full days to tell me that their compliance officer says they will cover my device under ACL if it is not physical damage. The 15 day wait period to tell me I was covered was a joke - especially how it is legislation in Australia. I went to the Apple store near my city to ensure my MacBook Pro was up to standard without any issues. They told me the device exhibited 'minor wear and tear' and that the issue would not be covered under ACL because it was an International Model (grey model) - I had to go through BecexTech to get it repaired. BecexTech wanted me to pay for shipping and send the device to their Melbourne store. It took a total of 32 days for my product to get assessed by BecexTech. BecexTech refused ACL coverage because the device exhibited 'extreme impact marks' and they wanted me to pay $760 for a repair. I contacted Apple who previously assessed my device and they stated the device was not assessed by BecexTech internally. BecexTech made the assumption without even opening the device or committing to a hardware test. BecexTech reregistered my MacBook into a Chinese name and took full control over my device and its serial number. I was dealing with Ryan for almost 2 months - he was pathetic and I am sure many of you have dealt with this ignoramus. He would refuse Apples official word that the device was not assessed properly and would force me to pay for the repair + shipping back to me. I provided him evidence that this issue was widespread and not caused by the 'minor damage' which was deemed at my local Apple Store which I was present to. BecexTech is a Chinese company - all of their names are aliases to fool you into thinking you are talking to an Australian. BecexTech continued to refuse me to a fair assessment under ACL and would not get the device assessed at their own local Apple Store. It was either me paying for the repair or paying for the return. I spent more than two months requesting BecexTech to reassess with Apple. They did not comply and continued to send repeated emails saying "I reject your notion" Australian consumer law legislation states that the damage must 'cause' the problem. They did not state how the damage 'caused' the issue. This company has been in trouble with ACCC before - you can look at the full report online. It is best that you do not deal with BecexTech. If I can convince at least one of you to not purchase their products I would be satisfied. There is simply a lot more that I can talk about but all I can say is DO NOT BUY from BECEXTECH. At least Apple offered to cover it because I took it to my store and actually explained the issue to them. They did a hardware check and spoke to the manager and covered it despite it was a Hong Kong model. It was that simple and you people couldn't even commit to that. Ryan and Zlatan - if you are reading this, stop copy and pasting your premade templates of "I reject your notion" and actually get a life. Your company is trading illegally.
