Fantastic customer service with this company! We are renovating a 150 year old Italianate home in North Carolina in which the original heart pine flooring had been removed by a previous owner (and replaced with laminate flooring! Who does that?). Initially, we had intended to use reclaimed heart pine from a company in Maine however the cost was extraordinary. Bayou Rustic Flooring offered some great alternatives that look just as good but came a fraction of the cost. To help us, they sent a number of samples that we could finish as we liked and then view in our home which made the decision process much, much easier than simply looking at photos online. Along the way, they answered many questions via email and never hesitated to take a phone call from us. Working with this company has been an outstanding experience and I certainly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high quality wood flooring.
