I've had some great experiences with the biometrics that they produce and the devices work great. I was surprised with the accuracy of the finger print scanner and they have done a great job making a product that is easy to use and manage, but in cases where you need to contact support, it can take some time before someone gets back to you. I've personally purchased directly through them and through Amazon. I can't speak for the rest of their products, but their door locks and biometric devices are great.
