Received the hanging banners for the elementary school lunchroom. The printing turned out amazing! So excited to hang them and get reactions from the kids when they see them! Will order from BANNERBUZZ again in the future! Pricing is great too!
Easy to follow on how to upload. Shipping price is great. Very satisfied. I like how they question certain things to make sure what you sent is correct. I know the photos I've sent for banners haven't been good quality and I think it's nice they question that. I don't like not having great photos to send but I have to use what I get sometimes. Some companies just print and move on and show no concern if something is wrong with the graphic. I'm glad Banner Buzz questions the art and sends proofs. I'm a designer and I know sometimes I don't catch things. I've been really impressed with their thoroughness. Thank you!

I am a repeat customer and was disappointed in the number of times I had to reject the artwork. It worked out in the end, but if you consider the order date and production, it took too long. Please review emails and repeated disapproval of proofs.

Good but some specs vague to me. Final view would be nice. Wrong item was put in my basket as a purchase. You said it wasn't - it was. You said you removed it - you didn't. Even after I received my order you send me a request to evaluate the product I never ordered but stayed on my page as a purchase. You have serious problems with your web site purchase system. You used several hours of my time and the problem was STILL not addressed. Luckily, you did not send the additional WRONG item BUT...it still remained on my order page AND you now are asking me to comment on it as a purchase. WOW.

I'm asked for several seemingly unnecessary pieces of info, likely to get me to give up. I didn't answer a call today and got an email that because I didn't case was closed and I would have to reopen it. Next time I'm going with a local company that, though a little more expensive, will save me headaches.

I ordered my banner on a Monday and it was delivered by Friday. Expedited service and quality of the banner was great. They did a great job of communicating picture quality prior to printing which was very helpful and allowed me to make changes.
