After my daughter died, I wanted a ring that was not only beautiful but also told a story. The team at Baltinester listened carefully to what I wanted, custom made the ring(s), and exceeded my expectations. Not only are the rings of high quality, but the wording is clear and the design draws attention giving us an opportunity to share about our beloved daughter.

Even after 6 years, as soon as I walked into the store to get the rings cleaned the team remembered our story and continue to provide first rate service.

I was in this shop in Jerusalem years ago and everything was so beautiful. I thought of the store recently when wanting to buy a Roman glass star of david pendant and they did not let me down. It is so unique (could never find such a piece in the states) and so beautiful. The purchasing experience was outstanding. I was a little nervous about the care that Roman glass requires, but the piece came with full instructions for care. I look forward to having the opportunity to purchase from this store again. I don't normally shop for jewerly. I am as my kids tell me, technologically challenged. But I knew what I wanted and after looking the Internet all over, couldn't find it. My topic says it alls. Personal touch is what you are all about. I was introduced to Baltinester Jewelry by my soon to be wife.
