Very fast and easy process. This is the 3rd replacement phone for my son. He is on the water most his days and all phones have been lost at "sea". I was surprised with the price increase on a refurbished IPhone 13. Grateful for the replacement but shocked at the increase from $100 -$250.
The phone was crack in the front and back the screen was completely green. I couldn't make or received any calls. Instead of me having to pay a deductible of 279.00, it was able to be repaired with zero dollar cost all in the same day
Mr. Phillip did a great job! It was later in the day very cold and he showed up got to work and was done fixing my phone in 15 minutes. I can't thank him enough. It's usually a hassle getting your phone fixed but not anymore. I set up an appointment he drove to me and fixed it where he was parked and I watched the entire process. I was very impresssed.
I would highly recommend Asurion coverage with your phone purchase. As the mom of two teenagers, having the coverage is great. We have had to file two claims in the past 3 months and both have been extremely easy. The claim process is simple and easy. The company they use to do the repairs in the Reno market, UbreakIfix, did a great job and made the whole process seamless.
Answer: Several close friends swear its the best option when you purchase a new product. Dell has some good offers for coverage and we liked the process and effectiveness, and quickness that we have seen with issues our friends have ran into. It was clearly a better option than what dell had to offer but again, that remains to actually be seen. If this turned out as our friends cases did, the simplicity of it all plus the fact your main reason for paying for this coverage is also honored. However that remains to be seen.
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
