Today, I tried to upgrade my account to All Access from World Access. I authorized a payment of about $114, to upgrade. They charged my credit card $389 instead of the $114. Then in calling them to cancel my upgrade they charged me another $299.40. In 5/2020 I already had paid $299.40. So today they charged me $688,40 and said that any refund would take up to a week to process. My bank processes transactions instantly so that isn't true. It looks like they would like me to pay a total of 987.80 for the year before they send me any refunds. Just what kind of business process is that. I have been a member since 2003 without problem until Ancestry was sold. They also changed my annual renewal date.
