Very poor service, they lost my package, my waybill number usps: **************** ***** tracking inquiry has been sent, they have received it, but they do not admit that I received Arrived my package, it cost me 165 dollars, please look at their service, I contacted them many times to solve the problem, but Amforward said that I used their address for fraudulent transactions and terminated my account. I am very angry. I provided them with sufficient evidence, but they still insisted on the wrong decision. They just don't want to solve my lack of packages. And use its forwarding service with caution.

I have been with AmForward since 2012 and love their service. Very efficient and reliable. The only con for me is that letter mail (magazines and letters) is the same price as packages without the option scan to email for letters instead of consolidation and mail out. For my destination USPS works quite well and the prices thru AmForward are the same as if shipped at the post office in the US. Another advantage is the location. Oregon is a tax free state and this saves the customer sales taxes up to 10% compared to other US locations :)
I started using AMForward several months ago after Shipito started to become incredibly unreliable. I am so glad I made the switch! Package processing is fast and efficient, and their website's interface is very easy to use. On the rare occasion I've needed assistance (to have an urgent parcel rushed even faster through processing) Kenny, the customer service rep has been so helpful and communicative. I would definitely recommend this company and their services!
I do not usually write reviews but I have been using AmForward for over two years now and they have never let me down. I move from country to country on a regular basis and ever package has arrive at its destination wherever I happened to be.

At first, the principle of AmForward sounds too good to be true - you avoid the tax from purchasing some quite expensive items. After browsed the website and read the Q&A carefully, I am quite certain that this company should be the one to go for it. It turns out that I was correct! The service was very fast, and reliable. I received email with photos of my package just a few minutes after I was notified by the Fedex that my package was delivered. Then, my package was re-shipped after two hours of my re-shipping request. I got the package as promised by the shipper, safe and sound.

Yesterday I have a very expensive package (like close to the price of a new car) that I needed to be re-directed urgently. Kenny accepted the package and re-directed it for me immediately to meet the UPS overnight cut-off. Got the package the next morning safely!

Here is what happened:
On 09-24-2020 we discovered that the user has filed a dispute through his credit card company for a shipment that was actually delivered. This is called chargeback fraud. Any such activity is a violation of our terms and conditions. For that reason, we made a decision not to renew his subscription and close his account at the end of his subscription term on 10-12-2020.
After we notified him of our intentions to close the account, he mounted his smear campaign to harm our company's reputation on several reputation review platforms using an unrelated case of a package misdelivered by USPS that we have never received and that occurred months prior to this case.
We tried to negotiate with him and offered to extend his subscription for mail receiving for additional 3 monthly periods to allow him additional time to change his mailing address in exchange for an agreement to stop his smear campaign.
After we did not agree to his demand to continue our services past the additional three monthly terms he requested to close the account immediately on 09-30-2020. We shipped out his mail and refunded the unused portion of his subscription before closing the account as he requested.
Despite all his complaints and bad reviews he placed on multiple review platforms, he tried to sign up for a new account with us on 10-04-2020 providing his first name and last name in reverse order to avoid detection.
On 10-09-2020 he sent us the following message: "If you can correct the wrong decision and restore my account permanently, I can delete the comment".
This is a clear indication of his true intent to blackmail our company to yield to his demands by spreading bad reviews and false reports to consumer advocate organizations.
