I purchased the Libra dress from their ready-to-ship last week and baby it's gorgeous. It's a bit heavy due to all the beading but I don't mind, I love love it. Customer service was very responsive and helpful with questions. This is my new favorite store. Will be getting my birthday dress from them.
I ordered a dress for new Years. And received it in less than 3 days. The dress was damaged and I returned it. I reordered the dress because i loved it. Jan. 21,2024. Still haven't received it. I emailed company and they replied. "Thanks for contacting us. We are still working on your order. (Aurora set in silver). Production time is 20-30 business days. We hope to have it ready soon dear." Then, " Thanks for contacting us. We are still working on your order. (Aurora set in silver). Production time is 20-30 business days. We hope to have it ready soon dear."
So, I'm waiting. Never again. This company is unprofessional, they are located in Texas…an order should never take that long unless it's coming from overseas…

I purchased 4 items 2 outfits and 2 purses for my birthday jan 30/ 24 my total was 571.00. Yall im so upset I purchased these item's jan 15/ 24 and they still haven t sent me my items nor gave me my money back. In beyond devastated cause now they telling me i gotta send them more money if i want my items shipped. Like Wtf i paid yall in most 600$ why would i have too pay you again too ship me something I paid for. Those people literally scammed the hell out of me.
