Almoultazimoun

I ordered 3 pièces. 2 sporty sets and one jilbab. I recieved the jilbaab and ONE of the TWO sporty sets. I tried costumer care with no reaction from them. The supposed live chat on their website is not live at all! I filled the form on their website in and still nothing! I am very very upset

So update* after longer than 2 weeks they responded on ly instagram account amd send me an email, explaining that the lialc and pink I orderder was the same collor (some mistake from them) and that I can choose other collor or refund.

So I mailed back, that if that was/is the case they should have informed me with that BEFORE sending my order. Or sending a note/ email with explanation.

The 5 star rating says it all. I love them so much that I think every Muslimah needs at least one outfit from this site in their wardrobe!

They have beautiful, high quality, and modest clothing. Everything is priced well. It's not overly expensive, but it's not cheap either. Mainly, it's the shipping that gets you since they are based out of France but ship outside of Europe as well. They ship with Fedex though so your items will arrive quickly, so it's worth the cost.

I will say again though, that although it's not cheap, every sister should have at least one (or a few!) outfits from Al-Moultazimoun.

The outfits are perfect for every occasion, formal or casual, and they're so elegant that you'll never want to take it off!

My first time purchasing from al-moultazimoun was back in 2016 and I received great items that are still good to this day. But I have order 2 new jilbabs from the website just to switch up the colours and everything has gone downhill. They used to deliver items within the first 2 weeks, but this time it took well over a month to receive the items and once I received them, one of them was the wrong item and they were of the worst quality imaginable and since my payment is dated to over a month ago, I cannot refund them and on top of that, I would have to pay for the posting myself even if I could return them. Honestly £92 gone down the drain.

Items look amazing on the website but you don't get a ups number to track the order, not able to speak to anyone and not able to communicate. Nothing received in over a week. Wasted £150.
