I bought 4 or 5 books for my grandchild, to be delivered in Dubai, UAE. 10 days later the books had not arrived so I wrote to them. They shared the Tracker for the courier [Parcels-to-go], I was shocked to note that the delivery date was September 3rd for the books bought on August 1st, more than a month later! And to top it they charged me courier fees that was double than what DHL would have charged me.No courier takes 5 weeks to deliver books from UK to Dubai. I followed up with a Mr. Darr who stopped responding to my emails and would not give me his phone number to discuss the matter. Really disappointed! Expensive and frustrating experience!

I made and order for a few DVD in January 2021 and after waiting 2 months without recieving anything I contacted them and they said this was normal. I them gave it another month and still didn't receive anything and I asked for a refund which they promptly responded and said they would be issuing in March. It is now the end of April, a month later and no refund. Don't waste your time with this company, I tried so many times to give them the benefit of the doubt but I have been ripped off and have nothing in return
There are plenty of better companies to order from.
