I have my daughter, son and myself enrolled at Adventure Karate. It's something we can always do together. At home, I'm hearing "Yes dad", "Yes mom." They are taking what they learn here and using it at home and with their friends. I love it here because it enhances everything we are trying to do at home. It's not just Mom and Dad telling them how they should act. I like the character development they get here at Adventure because there is not much focus on that at grade school.
I lost a total of 21 pounds since I've been at Adventure. It's a great stress reliever and it makes me a better mom. I used to be a couch potato and now I'm doing classes 4 times a week.
