Warning scam shop. Dont shop on adidas.com. They charge you the amount for the order but if they dont have the item in stock they will not contact you and Adidas let you to handle all the contact with the bank/creditcard company. The customer service is very bad and have no function more than a gatekeeper.
I placed an order online. The company I use, OnTrac, which is horrible, says they delivered at 11:30 pm on 11/26. Really, who believes they work that late? Anyway, it has been almost a month, and trying to get a replacement was impossible. I had to wait for an investigation after 3 weeks, and there was still no solution. I don't ever want to deal with ADIDAS again. They are a thing of the past and should stay their better options and better companies that resolve these issues quickly without frustrating the customer. PS. It was a gift for my sister and after this we have all sworn off giving them any business.
Adidas has been awful. I ordered shoes and received a confirmation that they were delivered when I was home.but the package was not delivered. I searched my neighborhood also. I contacted Adidas and they told me to open a case with Lasership. Lasership did an "investigation" and told me it was delivered and to take it up with Adidas. Adidas would not send a replacement and told me they will open an investigation with Lasership. I told them I already did that and asked both for proof of delivery and was told they don't have any. Adidas told me they won't send a replacement. I had to dispute with my credit card. I also went to BBB to make a complaint and saw over 100 complaints exactly the same situation as I am in where deliveries didn't show up with Lasership and Adidas not caring. The funny thing is, Adidas sent me a 30% off coupon to place another order! Awful!
I placed an order on the adidas website. After 10 minutes realizing I purchased the wrong size, I tried to cancel. There is no option however to cancel, they make you go through the difficult process of contacting support who is available in only selective hours. When you finally get ahold of support they go through endless loops with you dodging you so you're forced to receive their product.
In the end, I gave up. Never buy on the Adidas website is all I can say here.
When purchasing a pair of shoes online, the website froze and my cart emptied. There was no confirmation on the screen or in my inbox. Because of this, I placed the order again - ONE minute later. Then I received confirmation that a purchase for two pairs of identical shoes had gone through. Adidas refuses to accept a return and issue a refund despite it being an obvious website error on their end. Customer service said "too much time elapsed between the two purchases"...ONE minute. I have been trying to resolve for a month. Giving up now but I want others to be forewarned. I will never purchase Adidas products again.
I have always loved adidas's running shoes and don't mind spending the extra money on the because they are comfortable and cute but I have to say this time around was not the case. I bought these brand new adidas running shoes and paid over 220.00 for them and the rubber base of the shoe is falling off! Not ok!
I ordered some personalised shoes one size bigger than my normal size, but the size was so small and they told me I can't return them. The policy is not made obvious and clear at the point of purchase, and the customer service absolutely terrible! Dont trust them
I placed an order with Adidas online in August 2023. One item did not fit, so I arranged a return. The amount was $95. Adidas received the returned item on October 6,2023, and sent me a confirmation email. Since then, I have not received my refund. They kept making excuses, saying that my bank was rejecting the request (my bank never saw any request), and even offered store credit, which I agreed to, but of course, they never sent me anything. Today it is June 2024, and I can officially say that Adidas is stealing money from their customers.

I purchased a pair of shoes on sale, but unfortunately, my card was charged twice for the same purchase. Despite showing the bank message and report confirming the double charge, your customer service representatives, Ashad and Cristine, were extremely rude and dismissive. They told me to step out of the line and complain elsewhere. When I asked to speak with a manager, they informed me there was no manager available and told me to complain if I wanted.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially from an international company like Adidas. I have reported the issue to my bank and they are working on resolving it, but I wanted to share my experience with you.
I hope you can address this issue and ensure better customer service in the future.

Guess what? If you make the mistake of signing up for Adiclub and forget your password it takes them a week to get you logged back in with a password reset link that works. I kid you not. I just went through it. In the meantime the clogs I wanted sold out. Thanks a lot for nothing, Adidas. Your website and your Adiclub is a completely inconvenient shambles and you should be ashamed.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
