I recently purchased a 2021 Acura tlx type s and wanted to share my review of this product. I am very happy with the price I paid, the looks of this car (inside and out) and also the features that came standard.

I cross shopped this car with a bmw m340i and chose the Acura because I felt it offered a much higher bang for your buck, and also came with a higher quality sound system and ventilated seats.

With the sh handling all wheel drive, this Acura is amazingly responsive and fun driving in the twisty's.

All my previous cars have been two door manual transmissions and this is my firs automatic and love it. All the technology with lane keep assist, and their version of traffic jam assist makes this a car a joy to drive on the highway and I definitely recommend people check out this car if they are in the market for a sporty four door vehicle.

Bought a 2023 Acura Integra. Had to replace the seatbelts due to a fender bender. Waiting 8 months with no luck. Acura will not provide updates. Reps are not available to discuss. Do NOT buy Acuras. They're horrible with fixing them when needed.

My car stopped on the highway,I press the link! A female answer,I got disconnected about 4 times and then a male told me,"miss we can't help you! I will have to give you a number and you see if they can!" Now im wondering what am I paying for? What if my phone wasn't working? It's an emergency link that can't help with emergency? Smh

I am not one to make light of car issues because I use to be the one taking complaints. NOt only did I grow up in a car dealer family. I was a service manager for several years and saw the worst done to all kinds of these vehicles. As a woman, I get a unique experience working on cars because I have to know more. (I am questioned more because of the bias that woman DON'T know about cars) ;)

Acura remains still or (Honda) to be honest - still one that quality is up on top. I have had several Hondas and currently 2018 Acura RDX. Now, will I buy a new RDX, the answer no!

However, my Rdx is fast, and with major issues there is none. Minor issues are the air/heat has some function that really seems quirky. My 2009 Mdx was spot on and at 130k it still had no issues. I also had 2003 that seemed to have no issues until it was in an accident. All of these vehicles seemed to go with precision and I do mean that the vehicles are faster than they look which is what I like in an SUV. I know others have issues with minor problems and have caused concern but knowing other brands-- Acura has done its diligence with keeping quality in its sight compared to some of its expensive other options where Mercedes and Jaguar are questionable. You will not be disappointed at least in quality with Acura - now every car is a preference so you have to take sometimes the issues with it. :)

My review is for Acura Client relation. I had the experience of buying two cars from paragon and one from ramsey. The prices were good and the service when service consultant Kevin worked then was amazing. I recently had a problem with another car of which I called Acura client relation and was treated so badly by a case manager by the name of Katrina. Acura instead of moving forward has moved back. To have someone like Katrina representing acura is simply outright wrong. She is very disrespectful, rude and very unprofessional. She stated that since I did not buy the acura she would not speak to me but when the owner of the acura was on the phone with me at the same time she clearly refused to address me and also stated she still will not talk to me even thou this issue involved myself as well. This is a family issue and when one family member calls to inquire especially when they have the owner of the vehicle at hand on the phone, the other party should have the courtesy to acknowledge the family member on the phone. It does not matter at this point, Katrina refused. We as customers should be treated with respect and katrina failed miserably to treat a customer right. She needs to step back and learn the basic 101 customer appreciation program for acura. You treat a person the way you would like to be treated. Acura has declined with both service and their cars. Katrina assumes she has done a favor to us or she does acura customers a favor but in reality if acura customer's never bought cars there will be no purpose for katrina having a job. Treat customers with respect and the right way, and yes Katrina your call is being monitored but just to let you know you are the one that was indeed rude and unprofessional. Its a shame that you carry the acura name, acura stands for prestige and class well that is what it use to be in the past but it has declined and katrina shows this lack of class. Very sad indeed.
