I have been a customer of activated you for 5 years.
For the past 4 years I have been on the phone with customer service nearly 8x a year bc of an order issue - be it I never received my order, they sent me someone else's, or only part of my order, etc.
I initially wanted to blame incompetence but I believe now it is intentional.
I can no longer deal with constant emails bordering harrassment everyday after reporting spam, and frankly NOT getting the order I paid for without having to call 4x.
It has now been 2 months since I placed my last order and 4 calls to customer service later, I still haven't received it.
They offer you a full promotion: you buy products for three months! However, they automatically enroll you in a monthly renewal without providing any option to cancel or delete the order. Additionally, when they instruct you to send the items back, you are required to cover the return shipping costs.
It's frustrating to deal with such ambiguous practices. Not a pleasant experience at all. Thank you, but no thank you.

Big scam! They sent me another batch after buying the first time and I had a subscription without signing for it! I had to call to cancel but I didn't had my money back. Also it gives me diarrhea every day! After the first jar I've decided to stop. Do not buy it, waste of money!

I didn't like the powdered formula taste and they refunded my purchase price after I mailed back the unused product. I appreciated that greatly!
Google notified me my account information was in a data breach so I reached out to ask for my account to be deleted. Customer service chat said to email my request. Email request was first answered with "we have unsubscribed you from our email list. Followed by a separate email with a discount code to order again.
I unsubscribed from the email (it had been set up to email me again daily). Emailed again asking them to delete my account and received an email saying because I don't live in CA they can't delete my account.
All I can do is live with the fact my data gets breached from their company and apparently when you email for your account to be deleted you get signed back up for emails. Yikes!
The Pills are hard to swallow, they are big and taking 4 seems like alot everyday. I wish they could be smaller. But I feel good :)

I listen to Maggie's pitch and it sounded really good and I bought her product. I wanted to reorder couldn't find it anywhere so I called the toll free number and they said it wasn't making enough money so they discontinued it. Maggie do you care about health or is it all about making money? I too have a company but if something doesn't make a buck fast enough it doesn't mean I stop doing it. I'm very disappointed. And by the way the Hard Sell super long emails are a total turnoff.

I Purchased nighttime complete like about 3 weeks ago. My original weight was 195 now I lost 7 pounds I feel much lighter and my sleep is more peaceful waking up with no problem, and my mind feels brighter definite thumbs up thank you, Maggie Q
I suffer from a few medical conditions, since starting activate you I find I have more energy and feel less bloated as well as regularly having bowel movements, I really recommend this product and am impressed with the other products I have tried
I like the night time formula, the flavour is great, the powder mixes well, it's a little early to say anything about how well it works but I do think I'm falling asleep faster, would consider staying on it, though being from Canada, there aren't enough shipping options, I had to wait over a month for it to arrive.
I have been struggling with gut issues for a few years and was having to take IBGuard and other medicines for constant bloating and other issues. I was never regular when it came to my bathroom habits. Since taking the gut supplements from Activated you, I have not had to use those other supplements and have become more regular in my habits!
