This is a scam.

They give you a 3-day trial period, which they are not clear on. Then they charge you $49.95 for the year and are not able to cancel. I hope you like the person you send this ecard to bc its going to cost you $49.95. Do Not Use this Service.

Great customer service
October 7, 2023

I made the mistake of cancelling my subscription and asking about the amount I'd been charged- senior moment, you know how it is.
Julie replied very quickly and explained things. I'd actually had a very, very good deal and misunderstood the charges. She reinstated things for me and now I'm ready to bombard friends with a large variety of cards that I know they'll love. Julie deserves a 5 star rating herself.

I have used this company in the past when I've needed them, and found they didn't let me down. They seem to treat their customers fairly. Most card companies' format of having an account doesn't suit me, I'd rather buy cards individually, but suppose they will go broke that way. Anyway, quite satisfied with my treatment by this company, and wish them well. I like their numerous Questions and Answers, quite helpful.

Great Customer Service

I tried 123 cards and forgot to cancel until a few hours after the deadline. I contacted customer support and they were extremely kind and supportive. They changed my subscription to a one month, made sure I understood it would not automatically renew and refunded me for the yearly rate amount. They are a small company and it's great to support them versus a large corporate entity. The cards are lovely and the customer service is A+

O.k. Resolution

Update: the business decided to return the rest of the money to me, from the inadvertent renewal of the subscription. I applaud their ability and willingness to resolve issues like mine. However, they keep insisting that I've received their reminder emails which I have not. Though my memory can be shoddy at best sometimes, I can recall not reading or receiving any reminder emails from them. They seem like an honest company and I wish them the best in future endeavors and sales and being upfront and honest with future customers.

I agree with Cynthia, who also wrote a review on this company about 123Cards, who relayed what may be the common response by a rep in response to users forgetting to cancel on time. I, too, forgot to cancel on time and stressed that I did not get any reminder emails and wanted my $50 back due to unemployment at this time. Unfortunately, the rep I spoke with was not understanding as I had initially thought, in spite of my financial issues. She gave an alternate solution at charging $4 for a premium card but it is still unsatisfactory in my opinion for someone down, financially. She spoke about 123Cards being a small company. However, in spite of that, I'm sure that they are definitely making money, unlike the average unemployed user out there who just wanted to try out a free trial to see how the website and service works out. She further explained that they had international fees, etc. to pay. Not to sound cold-hearted, but it's actually worse for the average unemployed user out there who are experiencing financial headaches which are doubly worse due to high inflation and recession at this time. I will attest to the fact that I will NEVER use this site again. I will strive to use an actual free website for free ecards. $50 goes a long way for an unemployed person in terms of putting food on the table, paying bills, what-have-you.

Excellent service

Great, convenient and eco friendly collection of cards. Add to that a prompt and trustworthy service when i chose the wrong membership they helped to correct it instantly and with no charge. Highly recommend it

Payment issue

I contacted 123cards and spoke to Sasha via email and briefly explained my problem. She was kind, helpful, very patient and she made me feel very confident that she would resolve my issue. She was diligent in her approach and quickly resolved my problem. Sasha had excellent customer service skills. When speaking with Sasha her confidence and take charge attitude makes you feel confident in her ability to resolve any issue one might have. You just feel like you can trust her. Appalling - took a years subscription out of my account and refused to issue a refund. I did not sign up of a subscription and can only think that if you order from them, they will automatically set you up with an annual subscription. There are much better card companies that do not steal from you

Outstanding Support

I was clearly wrong of my interpretation of the sign up for a new account. (Tina) from customer support contacted me and bent over backwards to make me happy. I was very happy with the outcome and can't say anything but what a great company and support people. Greatest Cards and people behind them.

I signed up for the 7 day free trial. I did not have any problems cancelling my subscription after the 7 days.
I decided to just send cards now and again. I like the way you can buy one card and send that one.
They still send me reminder dates and some beautiful cards to send.
You get a notification when the recipient opens the card.
I would give more stars if I could.
You can keep your account and they keep a track of all the cards you have send which I really like.
