I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment

You can try ringing Logoyes up to cancel the autopay. I did not do it as I am not residing in the US and it will cost me quite a bit to call them. It was easier for me to cancel the autopay by asking my credit card company to issue a new card. Also, don't bother emailing Logoyes about cancelling, as they will not cancel via the email.

Yes I did the same. Contacted the bank to issue a new card. It was free for me.
