No way to reach anyone to resolve issues or report issues to.

It seems to be legit but they are not at all clear on their requirements or verification process and will take payment before verification then you're stuck waiting for a refund if you are not approved

Totally Legit. I rented a car for a week. I had no problems contacting the owner and he was legit.
