How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at ReservationCounter.com?

Trying to cancel a reservation, the rote voice said it did not recognize the phone number, even though it was the same phone I used to make the reservation. Then asked if the reservation confirmation number started with an R. I said No. It asked me several more times. I kept answering No. Then it told me to call the hotel for help and hung up. Called the hotel. They said they could not cancel since the reservation was made through a third-party company. That I would have to cancel through ReservationCounter. (Oh, by the way, I had tried to use the online Cancellation page - it doesn't work.) It was very difficult to get through to anybody and there were very long waits in between. I will never use this company again.

Nearly impossible. When there was an issue with the reservation, I was on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered. Terrible service

Once you call this number and make a complaint. The will not answer. They give false names and never do anything to help

Sometimes the phone does not ring in. I think they actually block you

It was very difficult and couldn't understand their accent.

It was actually a very long process it took 20 to 25 minutes to complete the process and the price changed during the course of conversation. I try to cancel to go with another hotel and I was told they could still give us a decent deal but I found out later it wasn't the case at all.
