hi! I just paid the 1 euro fee as I tried to open my account with you. It was charged but it tells me I don't have access. Can you help?

Hi Yona,
What is the eMail ID or customer number you used to register? I cannot find a "Yonda"?
Normally it takes 24h as we check some manually, over the weekend it is 48h - so probably it will be activated this morning:-)
