I am very interested to know what are the solution thereafter after the unfortunate incident. Any solution of legal action on the scam artist?

Please file a complaint here:
Tell them your story, how you were tricked and how is Envato lying and manipulating their customers.
If ACCC will be busy all day with that, they might actually do something about it.
