I am waiting for 2 orders to be shipped. Order 106888 and 106940. I have heard nothing about the status of the orders. Please ship.

There is nothing in the shipping notice to state that another twelve (12) will be shipped to me or when I expect to receive the balance of my original order of fourteen (14). Please notify me ASAP as to when I can expect my FULL order to be completed by or when I will be refunded the missing twelve (12) caps for $87.84. I have been emailing the company at sale@marinepartdepot.com for the past couple of days and have been calling your company but getting no response. Please respond as soon as possible so that I can understand what is happening with my order. Otherwise, I will be forced to seek other appropriate relief.

WHY CAN'T YOU CALL THEM AND TALK TO THEM. I PLACED A $300.00 ORDER WITH THEM AND THEY WON'T RETURN MY EMAIL OR CALL ITS BEEN AT LEAST 5 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM THANKS
