I used their service to get my website done and they bought URL of my website and told me that they would transfer the URL in 6 months time to us. Now they have disappeared, I have invested so much time and money in my website and it is doing really well but it will expire in 3 months time and I can't renew it as I don't own, can someone suggest what to do in this case?

I agree with Herold P regarding a class action. Better Business Bureau complaints? Something has to be done for reimbursement, ownership, copyright, etc. We all paid for services and features that are not being fulfilled. If anyone willing/able/networked to start the process, I will definitely join in on the endeavor!

That's exactly what all the affected customers can and should do. Did you get a confirmation email when you purchased it so you can possibly complain to ICANN?

Sorry to hear this. That's exactly what happened. I've recieved message from several people with similar issues. We should file a class action lawsuit.
