Unfrtunately these savages are based overseas despite trying to convice people saying they are located in the US this is not true. They are based in india and therefore not governed by professional codes of conduct and refund policies. I reported them to the trading standards for not correctly displaying an actual geographical office address on their site so maybe thats why they have disappeared. They have several sister companies also operating try them. But generally they are very unprofessional and do not care about its customers. Try Due to the number of complaints raised by its customers they have probably gone off the radar for abit but will reappear when it suits them.

Can you tell me what their sister companies are, I need to contact them, they are not answering any contact. They have put in a lot of work on my project but have disappeared for the last month.

Even if they are in India, there must be a way of making a small claim against them surely. They either owe me a website or a lot of money.

Unfortunately for me, I still have to deal with them due to them completing my website. I "normally" communicate with them through via e-mail and sometimes I would call them to clarify simple instructions. The number on their site is what I use to contact them. Good luck.
