I waiting for 5 days in the row more than 8to 10 hours still can not meet a trusted referee did any one have idea to faster?

I did the video call at 3 am pacific time. And the video call was right away no wait at all

The site is fake I'm sorry we have to report it they just hold our funds basically to wait us out
